• Daily Horoscopes: Personalized daily astrological forecasts and transit insights
• Relationship Compatibility: Synastry analysis between two birth charts
• Chat Feature: AI-powered astrological guidance and question answering
• Notifications: Optional daily horoscope and transit alerts

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: Basic birth chart, limited daily horoscope, and limited chat usage
• Premium Weekly: Unlimited horoscope generation, unlimited chat access, advanced transit insights
• Premium Monthly: Unlimited horoscope generation, unlimited chat access, advanced transit insights
• Premium Yearly: Unlimited horoscope generation, unlimited chat access, advanced transit insights (best value)
• Payment will be charged to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Astrological interpretations are for entertainment and personal insight purposes only
• Not Professional Advice: The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
• No Warranty of Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content

6. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Decisions or actions taken based on astrological interpretations
• Service interruptions, bugs, or technical issues
• Unauthorized access to your data or account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Termination

• By You: You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device
